I'm not letting anyone influence my decisions anymore. I'll only be unhappy when I don't get what I want. And I'll only be stupid if I let it happen again, again.

I had a horrifying dream last night:

"There was a car crash right where the entrance to the Meadowbrook is on Stewart Avenue. I was driving to get on the ramp and Greg was driving behind me in his car when I saw a navy blue Toyota camry stuck in the shrubbery to the right of the entrance. There was an elderly woman trapped in between the crinkled hood and a tree, standing up, but not moving. For some reason, she was both the driver and the person who was hit. I parked my car in the parking lot over there and Greg followed and stopped his. Then, he wouldn't let me go near the woman. All I wanted was to help her, but he wouldn't let me. He said it was too tragic to look at. Instead, we just drove off. Later on, I found out that the woman's name was Anita Carson and I went to a priest for confession because I felt so guilty about not helping her. Instead of giving me prayers to say, he gave me an assignment to study the Koran. After that, I went to visit my cousin and I found out that she had given birth to twin girls named Lina and Clayton, but one of them died shortly after she was born. Everybody seemed content, but I just kept thinking, "Its a baby, you're stuck with it for the rest of your life."

The fact that the woman was actually two people wasn't the strange part, nor was it the fact that my eighteen-year-old cousin had twins. The fact that the three (four) strangers had such vivid names was very strange to me.
